Happy Labor Day, friends!

We might not ever be Royals, but I've always considered myself soooo young money anyway. Woot! Woot!

There is nothing wrong with working hard for something in life. Usually speaking, the outcome is always sweeter when you finally reach success by way of blood, sweat & tears.

Mike Rowe brought up some interesting points on TV the other day where we have become a generation of "Work smart, not hard." He believes we need to start promoting "Work smart AND hard."
